Qualifications:
*CDL A
*Must be at least 23 years old
*12 months of driving experience in the past 2 years or 36 months in the past 5 years
*No more than 2 violations on MVR for past 24 months
*Must adhere to all DOT requirements & regulations
*Must have up to date Liability Insurance (at least 750k) & Contingent Cargo Insurance (at least 750k---1M)
*Must have a clean & well lit rig
*Must have access to multiple trailer types

We are looking for a service-minded Freight Broker Agent to act as a liaison between our customers and freight carriers. The Freight Broker Agent will secure new accounts, expedite the sharing of information and documentation between customers and carriers, and communicate with dispatchers and drivers to track the status of loads. You will negotiate contracts with carriers in a manner that optimizes profits. Success in this position is predicated on maintaining current knowledge of freight carrier services, effectively attracting new customers and retaining the existing customer base. Top applicants are customer-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a goal driven & commission based position that has target weekly goals and bonus incentives that has the potential to net 72k plus per year. This position is home based. A $50 monthly credit for the internet and $50 monthly credit for phone line will be issued.
***Having an existing book of business is a plus***


  • High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • 2+ years work experience in similar role.
  • Established book of business preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding people skills.
  • Proficient negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
